 Since it was founded by Maurice JEANJEAN in 1870, five generations of the family have succeeded each other in this family business whose roots are firmly imbedded in the world's largest vineyard. Inspired for over a century by a common passion for the land, the vines and wine, each has added a chapter to the history of Languedoc wines.
Its special business and ancestral links with the world of wine, combined with an intimate knowledge of the Languedoc Roussillon, mean that JEANJEAN is able to insist on the most stringent quality controls throughout its product range.
Wines from our own vineyards, under the "Jeanjean" label, are designed to maximize the riches of our land, but also illustrate our company's dynamism and ability to innovate.
The Domaines et Châteaux range exemplify the enormous talent of the area's winemakers, whether they are sold under the banner "Cuvée Originale" or vinified, matured and marketed by Vignerons et Passions.
Finally, there are "own label" wines, especially produced as distributors' own brands or brands put together exclusively for our French or overseas clients. These are bottled and packaged at our Saint-Félix-de-Lodez works, itself proof that our clients recognize our ability and the quality of our work and materials.
We have been awarded certificate ISO 9001 (version 2000) for our quality management systems, particularly in relation to our activities of maturing, preparing wines for bottling, bottling and trading.
