This jewel in the crown of Jeanjean vineyards is situated between sea and mountain, high on the arid foothills of the Cévennes mountain range. It's simultaneously austere and exotic: characteristics which are responsible for this property's strength and distinction.
Generations of Faugères producers have struggled to cultivate the arid escarpments of this land. The Domaine de Fenouillet vines mirror the struggle, successfully defying nature as they capture the true spirit of the area in very special wines. The Domaine de Fenouillet Grande Réserve is a splendid example: a blend of Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre from rigorously selected land parcels, it is wonderfully powerful and oozes fruit.
