In that our over-riding aim is to provide the best service and best quality at each production stage; it is logical that we should be involved in all wine related trades.
Our own 865 hectares (2136 acres) together with the land of our wine producing partners, meant we were ideally placed to expand in the great wine areas of southern France: the Languedoc, Roussillon, the Rhône Valley, Provence and the south-west. Our static and mobile bottling plants launched as early as 1978 have been extended to our Cep Français bag-in-box activities.
Bulk wine transport, a capsule manufacturing plant and a printing facility, grouped together under the Comosud name, have all helped ensure we are providing a genuine, useful, service to viticulture.
Of course, it has become essential to build ever closer links with our world-wide clients and consumers, so we've set up overseas. Based in strategic countries where an intimate knowledge of markets is essential, these subsidiaries mean that Jeanjean is ideally placed to sell its wines into key overseas markets.
Since 2002, JEANJEAN has been developing its strategic plan: " the 45° parallel ". This will reinforce our position as the leading quality wine producer in southern France, allowing us to achieve our primary objective: a strong international presence.
Our priority remains the same: to reinforce our strong regional connexions which remain independent and rooted in their land.
